    • Increased sales of Into Reading version 2 from 27% to 56% in 2023 by producing a Structured Literacy update to address market trends in teaching

    • Achieved Texas state adoption in June 2025 by applying accessibility guidelines to all print and digital products in order to meet all state requirements

    • Reduced complication for the 2025 sales team in selling Into Reading version 3 by simplifying the implementation and planning tools

    • Overhauled the Into Reading version 3 teacher materials by synthesizing user feedback and updating to match the planning and in-classroom needs of an elementary teacher

    • Improved platform usage by launching a reference ebook for teaching Structured Literacy that addressed teacher needs to have all the resources in one place
