Into Reading Teacher Experience
My primary focus on Into Reading was improving the Teacher experience in a hybrid materials classroom, as well as a Teacher’s understanding of the program. Taking extensive feedback from users, three teacher guides from version 2 were combined into one for version 3, resulting in a single source of reference for a day of lessons. The printed trim size was reduced, making it easier to hold as the teacher walks around the classroom.
The Implementation Guide was another response to user feedback. Storytelling played a big part in the creation of this guide and a panel of teachers were consulted at multiple points. The pages are sorted into eight sections using progressive disclosure.
